How To Minimize The Effects Of Hair Loss Post-Pregnancy

Hair loss solutions

If you’re pregnant, or you’ve been pregnant before, you may already realize that hair loss following the birth of your baby is a normal part of the cycle. While you’re pregnant, your body won’t shed hair at its normal rate, so after the pregnancy is over, things will return to normal. You may start to worry that you’ll lose an excessive amount of hair whenever you notice this.

While women are pregnant, their bodies have additional hormones and blood flow that enables them to retain much more of their hair. Most women experience hair growth like they’ve never seen before. Doctors used to believe that this phenomenon was caused by prenatal vitamins but have since learned that it is a natural side effect of being pregnant. Your hair will become thicker, healthier, and longer thanks to all the extra nutrients that increased blood flow and hormones bring. When you start seeing it happen, it’s going to thrill you. You just need to realize that these effects are only temporary.

Women begin to experience hair loss approximately three months after they deliver their baby. The amount of hair that you lose at one time will vary.  Some women lose only a small amount at one time while others notice that hair is coming out by the handful. Even though you realize that you’re going to lose your hair, there are still things that you can do to minimize the effects of the hair loss.

One of the most important things to do in order to minimize the effects of hair loss is to take proper care of your body. Not only will you need to ensure you get enough rest every night, but you will also need to eat properly. However, you will probably have a lot of trouble getting enough sleep with a new baby in the house. You can also force yourself to rest any time the baby rests. Sure, there is a lot of housework that needs to be done, but you’re more important at this point. The cleaning will wait until a more opportune time.

Giving yourself daily scalp massages with nurturing oils can also be effective in slowing down the loss of hair. Aromatherapy and acupuncture are other natural treatments that may also help. You will also need to realize that even if you do start losing your hair, the effects won’t last forever. Your hair will surely grow back sooner or later. Doc No. 34Sdlhgsdl -sds

Tanning Lotions And Their Benefits

Tanning Beds

In the old days, you would have to lie in the sun for hours in order to get a tan.  You no longer have to do that thanks to tanning lotions.  You’ll find that there are many benefits of using these lotions.  If you’re interested in learning about some of these benefits, then keep reading.

One has to get a tan by being exposed to UV rays.  However, they can be dangerous if you’re exposed to them too much.  You’ll find that tanning lotions will help keep these rays from penetrating your skin so it will be much safer.

Tanning lotions can also help you get a tan much faster than normal.  If you get a lotion with certain ingredients, then the tanning process will go much faster.  You won’t have to lie in the sun for a longer period of time.  You’ll find that it takes less time to achieve a darker tan.

Moisturizing your skin is very important.  Letting it dry out isn’t a good idea.  If you don’t want to endure prematurely wrinked skin, then it’s even more important.  You would certainly appreciate having done so once you get older.

You should also be aware that tanning lotions are available in many different shades.  This allows you to choose whatever shade of tan that you want.  Your shade wouldn’t be dependent on how long you sat out in the sun.

Normally when you get a tan, you’ll be stuck with it until it wears off.  With tanning lotions, this isn’t the case.  Water can be used to wash certain products off.  People who aren’t happy with their tan can easily remove it.

Another common problem that people have when getting a tan is the lines that form on various areas of the body.  These lines are typically unavoidable.  However, you can avoid them if you make use of tanning lotions before going out to get your tan.

Finally, tanning lotions make tanning a much more safer process.  As mentioned, UV rays won’t be able to penetrate the outer layer of your skin.  This means that you won’t develop skin cancer as easily.

Now you understand some of the benefits offered by tanning lotions.  If you want to get a safer tan, you should strongly consider using them.  Keeping your skin moisturized is also another benefit. Doc No. 34Sdlhgsdl -sds

Does Creatine Cause Male Pattern Baldness?

Vitamins for hair growth

Your body manufactures a substance called Creatine, and you probably aren’t even aware it’s there. This natural organic acid helps increase muscle mass and provide extra energy. People who are interested in building up muscle mass will certainly be aware of the substance however. Creatine is plentiful in meat, so body builders and wrestlers eat plenty of it to maximize their ability to achieve the most muscle mass. You should be aware that it’s possible for your hair to fall out as a result of using creatine.

So what exactly does creatine do in the body, especially when it’s ingested in massive doses?  Some people believe it increases the level of testosterone and therefore accelerates balding. One of the side effects of creatine that has been discovered is the fact that it raises the body’s DHT levels which can conceiveably cause issues. DHT is produced mainly in the hair follicles, but it’s also found in other areas of the body. This substance plays a large role in male pattern baldness. However, this theory has yet to be proven since creatine has been used for quite a few years and there is no evidence that proves it leads to baldness.

You will probably come across a lot of conflicting information when researching the effects of creatine on the body. Some articles insist that it doesn’t cause baldness while others do. It’s quite hard coming to a conclusion as to who to believe.

People who state that it does cause baldness says that DHT triggers baldness in mind who are genetically prone to it. The hair on both the top of the head and the sides have proven to be more sensitive to increased DHT than back hair does. If there are large quantities of DHT present in the body, the hair follicles in these areas decrease in size and eventually stop producing hair.

While there have been short-term studies into the effects of creatine on male balding, the necessary long-term testing just hasn’t been done in order to conclude positively what the results can be. Until that time, athletes who ingest high levels of creatine will need to take their chances of losing some hair. Many people feel it’s worth the risk though. Doc No.lkhjsdklsd-ssj
